What's in these terms?
These terms tell you the rules for booking to attend an event via our website (www.thealchemyenchantress.com)
Who is The Alchemy Enchantress and how to contact us
www.thealchemyenchantress.com is a site operated by:
The Alchemy Enchantress
Email: [email protected]
Through our website, you can obtain tickets to a number of different types of events, examples of these include:
- Fae Balls
- Goddess Retreats
There may be other types of events that can be booked through the website. E-tickets will be sent to your email account once you have booked to attend an event and Fae Ball tickets will be posted to your address. (Remember to check your spam or trash accounts if they do not land in your mail email account inbox!)
Some of these events may be free. Some events may be chargeable. Some events may include refreshments.
The views and opinions of Clan Morgana at any event are not those of The Alchemy Enchantress. The Alchemy Enchantress does not certify the accuracy of information provided by the Clan Morgana attending. By law we must state that all psychic readings are for entertainment purposes only and may only be accessed by adults aged 18 and over.
Healings and information provided by the healers do not constitute medical advice. Healing and medicine are two very different disciplines. You should always remember to seek medical advice from a doctor in the case of serious illness. While all treatments are offered in good faith, The Alchemy Enchantress cannot accept responsibility for any illness arising out of the failure to seek medical advice from a qualified doctor.
You are permitted to photograph and record events organised by The Alchemy Enchantress providing that you acknowledge The Alchemy Enchantress by tagging us in anything shared on social media and in any other form of media.
Price of tickets for attendance at each event will be as advertised. Some events may be free, and some may have an associated cost depending upon the type of event. If you have any queries on the costs for an event, please contact the organiser as set out in the event advertisement.
There are no delivery costs for the provision of E-tickets nor Fae Ball tickets delivered by post.
The E-tickets will be provided to you with your booking confirmation. Fae Ball tickets will be posted one month before the event, and you will receive an email booking confirmation upon payment. Payment must be made on booking for any event where there is a charge. You cannot proceed with a booking for events where payment is required without receipt of that payment. Some events may be free. You will be required to follow the payment instructions.
We will need correct contact details from you, and it is up to you to ensure that these are correct at the time of booking. We will not be responsible for the late delivery of E-tickets if your email address is incorrect or Fae Ball tickets if your address is incorrect.
We may have to suspend the supply of a product to:
(a) deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes to our website
(b) make changes to the booking as requested by you or notified by us to you
If we are unable to provide e-tickets to you, we will seek to make alternative arrangements to ensure that you can attend an event. Details will be provided to you by telephone or email should this situation occur and will be considered on an individual basis.
All tickets to all events by The Alchemy Enchantress are non-refundable. Where an event is cancelled, we will endeavour to rearrange for another date, or roll your ticket over to the next year. If rearranging is not at all possible on behalf of The Alchemy Enchantress, then and only then we will arrange a full refund. You are unable to cancel your ticket, but you may exchange it with someone else providing that you contact us to provide full contact details for the new attendee.
Our Rights To Make Changes

We may change the event:

These minor changes will not make a significant impact to that advertised and we will notify this to you as soon as possible.
More significant changes to the Event
If there are any significant changes to that which was advertised, we will notify you of the changes and, if you do not accept these changes, please see our cancellation provisions.
We and you must follow the most recent government guidelines regarding all strains of corona virus.
